In the Wings is a series of filmed human interest interviews, hosted at the Union Theatre, with composers and writers of shows that have been recently postponed. In the first steps towards theatre’s return, the show aims to shine a light on the shows directly affected by the industry’s shutdown, and showcase the work of those composers and writers.

Filmed in accordance with social distancing guidelines, the programme will feature performances of their work, with a combination of established performers as well as newcomers, supported by a live band.
